	Ingredients
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 slices center-cut ham 1 1/2 inches thick
Directions
In a blender, combine the broth, peanut butter, honey, onion, garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire and pepper. Put the ham in a shallow glass dish, pour the marinade over it and marinate for 3 to 4 hours in the refrigerator. Prepare a charcoal fire. Cook approximately 15 minutes per side over glowing coals. Carve into 1-inch-thick slices. This sauce is also excellent with lamb or pork chops.
